What to expect after dental scaling (cleaning)?
- Very high and low temperature food stuffs should be avoided for 3-5 days after scaling in case of sensitivity
- Use local application gels / pastes as prescribed
- Very tiny pin point blood ooze from the gums is normal for a few mintutes after scaling, it will settle on its own surely
- There will be unusual feeling in the concerned area for 2-3 days which will go off and you will start feeling absolutely normal gradually
